Bill LuMaye grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He now calls Raleigh home with his wife, Jenn. He is the proud father of son, Ben and daughter, Nichole. Bill “bleeds” the Green & Gold of the Green Bay Packers, he is an avid XBOX player, devotee of the television series “24” and enjoys spending some quality time with his “HOG,” Harley-Davidson.

Anne Perry Capucille

Anne Perry Capucille is a Raleigh native who served in the WAAC (Women's Army Auxiliary Corps) 12th Company, 6th Regiment during World War II, from 1942-1945, in the Medical Corps and as a clerk. She also served in the WAC (Women's Army Corps). Mrs. Capucille is a participant in the Veteran's History Project. If you are a US Veteran, we encourage you to consider participating in this historic project, as well.

Commanding General, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne)

Mag. Gen. David N. Blackledge

Major General David N. Blackledge was commissioned in June 1975 upon his graduation from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. Major General Blackledge has commanded the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) since 20 September 2009. He is married to the former Iwona Ewa Bitner of Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Iwona is an officer in the U.S. Air Force and is currently stationed at Geilenkirchen Air Base, Germany.
